8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

For damaged, defective, broken, leaked, or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Eligible exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Sale and promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

An unboxing video may be required when reviewing complaints relating to missing, damaged, broken, leaked, or incorrect products.
